1. General Policy Statement
Thank you for choosing OnerApp. We strive to ensure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. Our Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Refund eligibility depends on the service type and is subject to the terms outlined in your signed project contract.
2. Service-Based Refund Terms
A. Web & App Development Projects
- Advance payments are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
- Milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone has been completed and approved by you.
- No refunds will be issued after the final project delivery has been approved and accepted.
B. SaaS Subscriptions
- If a trial period is offered, you may be eligible for a refund if you cancel within that period.
- No refunds are provided for partially used billing cycles.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
C. Consulting & Custom AI Solutions
- For consulting sessions, a full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance. No refund is provided for completed sessions.
- Refund terms for custom AI or software projects are tied to the project stages outlined in the contractual agreement and are generally non-refundable upon completion of each phase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after a project or service has commenced.
- Delays in project completion caused by the client's failure to provide necessary feedback or materials.
- Any violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Any project milestones that have been formally approved and completed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients can request a project cancellation by providing written notice to their project manager or via our official support email. The project will be formally cancelled upon written confirmation from OnerApp. Any applicable refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in the project's Service Agreement.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund where applicable:
- Submit a formal request to our support team at support@onera.com.
- Include your project name, invoice number, and a detailed reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 7-14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us to resolve any billing issues before filing a chargeback. Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate termination of all services and may lead to legal action.
7. Modifications to Policy
OnerApp reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. All updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
