• Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Solutions
• UI/UX Design and Prototyping
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any service will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work for each project.

As a user or client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for project execution.
• Use our services and website for lawful purposes only.
• Refrain from any form of misuse, abuse, hacking, or reverse-engineering of our platforms or intellectual property.
• Protect your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of OnerApp. Upon full and final payment for a project, the intellectual property rights for the completed work will be transferred to the client as specified in the Service Agreement.

Payment terms for services will be outlined in your specific project invoice or Service Agreement. This may include deposits, milestone payments, and final payments. For information on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnerApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
