1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise defined in a specific Service Agreement, all source code, design assets, and digital intellectual property remains the property of Onera Tech LLC until full and final settlement of all associated invoices. Upon project completion and final payment, intellectual property rights for the specific deliverables are transferred to the client.
4. Billing and Settlement
